The Ankete 86 series stepper motors belong to the standard NEMA34 specification, with a flange size of 86×86mm and a two-phase 1.8° step angle. They are the mainstream power selection for medium and large load automation equipment. There are multiple body lengths available, with a holding torque range of 3.5N・m to 12N・m. The models are complete, and conventional specifications are in sufficient stock.
The motor has been optimized in magnetic circuit design, uses high-permeability silicon steel sheets and high-performance permanent magnets, has sufficient low-speed torque and strong load-bearing capacity. When matched with the Ankete supporting stepper driver and enabled with the subdivision function, it greatly reduces low-frequency vibration and lowers operating noise. It adopts standard open-loop control and pulse command positioning, with a simple control system build and convenient debugging.
The product supports multiple options and customizations: you can choose different output shaft specifications and wiring methods; electromagnetic brakes can be installed, suitable for vertical lifting mechanisms; it supports matching with planetary reducers to further amplify torque; meanwhile, the 86 integrated lead screw stepper motor is launched, realizing linear drive and saving equipment assembly space. There is also an optional 86 closed-loop stepper motor, equipped with an encoder, which effectively avoids step loss under heavy load conditions and greatly improves positioning reliability. The motor has stable temperature rise during long-term continuous operation and strong overall durability.
It is compatible with Ankete high-power stepper drivers, has excellent anti-interference performance, and is compatible with various PLCs and motion controllers. It is widely used in medium and large load scenarios such as CNC engraving equipment, gantry transfer mechanisms, large-scale conveying equipment, automated pressing fixtures, packaging machinery, stone processing equipment, and heavy-duty test fixtures.
